Ace Esthetics Studio Policies
Effective immediately for all appointments and services
Late Arrival Policy
Clients have a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged the full service fee.
This ensures fairness to all scheduled clients.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
If you need to adjust your appointment, please contact me directly as soon as possible.
No Extra Guests
To preserve the calm, focused atmosphere of the studio, no additional guests or children are allowed unless they are receiving a service. This includes waiting during someone else's appointment.
Phone Policy
Please silence your phone and electronic devices upon arrival. This is your time to unplug, and silence helps maintain a peaceful environment for you and others.
Health & Hygiene
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness (fever, flu, skin infection, open sores, etc.), please reschedule. Your safety and mine are top priority.
Payment & Refunds
Full payment is due at the time of service.
I do not offer refunds on services rendered.
Retail product returns are accepted within 7 days, unused and unopened only.
Membership & Packages
Memberships can be canceled anytime with 30 days' notice.
Missed services can be rolled over according to your plan, but do not roll over indefinitely.
No refunds on partially used packages or memberships.

Ace Esthetics is a safe, respectful space. Any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service, full charge, and permanent banning from future bookings.

Can I get a facial with sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes! Our treatments are especially formulated to work with sensitive and acneic skin. Using gentle techniques and products like Circadia, we soothe, balance, and treat without irritation.
How often should I get a facial?
We typically recommend facials every 4–6 weeks for maintenance and best results. However, we’ll tailor the frequency to your individual skin needs and lifestyle during your consultation.
Do you offer memberships or packages?
Yes! We offer flexible packages and monthly memberships to help you stay consistent with your skincare while saving money. Ask about current specials or visit our pricing page for details.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee. We appreciate your respect for our time and schedule.
Are walk-ins accepted?
We see clients by appointment only, to ensure everyone receives undivided attention. Same-day availability may open up—feel free to call or text to check!
Is your spa kid-friendly?
To maintain a peaceful, professional environment, we ask that you arrange childcare and come solo unless the appointment is for a teen facial.
Do you treat men's skin too?
Absolutely. Skincare is for everyone, and our treatments are effective and relaxing for all skin types and genders.
